What We Look for in Caregivers
There are three ways to be considered qualified.
Being a CNA
Certified Nursing Assistants are equipped with the necessary knowledge to care for clients and ensure their safety.
Job
Experience
Previous job experience with another employer that involves client care, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dementia supervision, fall prevention, light housework, cooking, etc.
Personal Experience
Family caregiving experience with a parent, grandparent, child, spouse, etc., who needed hands-on assistance with daily activities, or any of our services, might qualify you to work as a caregiver.
Along with one of these three qualifications, you must be compassionate, trustworthy and flexible.
